The mission of Tucson Idol remains the same… to expose some of Tucson’s best amateur talent to the community.  Singers perform to karaoke tracks and receive feedback and critique from a panel of experienced judges.  Each week, five contestants are selected as finalists and will perform in the finals, May 18, 2008.  Winners receive cash prizes and “bragging rights.”  Shows are scheduled April 6 and into May, Sunday evenings, 7 PM, at the Top Hat Theatre Club, 3110 E. Ft. Lowell.
