This year, the Fox Fantasy Home is not one home but two designed by Stephen Robinson and built by Living Spaces, LLC. Even though both homes are designed by the same architect, there is little else that is similar. The front house has a curved appearance that hides the fact that it is really comprised entirely of straight lines. Windows are set back nearly three feet into the structure, giving this home a feeling of privacy while still affording wonderful views of the Catalina Mountains. The setting feels almost park-like with trees and native vegetation in great abundance. Within the house are a total of five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The great room lives up to its name and is quite huge with expansive views of the mountains.

The second house is much more linear than the first. Dramatic sloped rooflines are angled in such a way as to mimic the mountains behind them. While the first house appears curved, this one is stepped and very angular. This home has more defined living areas with a living room and formal dining room as opposed to an overall great room. Soaring ceilings are present within the main living areas. There are five bedrooms and baths along with a powder room. Windows are expansive and easily take in the wonderful views of the Catalinas
