Host Bob Lee interviews Mary Jo Spring, Executive Director, Hermitage Cat Shelter, the State’s first no-kill shelter which has undergone some recent changes in policy.  Spring says the shelter, founded by a Russian Orthodox nun in 1965 purely as a sanctuary for unwanted cats, is now focused on finding permanent homes for the cats. She says the shelter will always offer lifelong refuge for cats that are not adopted, though. Full description...
