TONIGHT'S TV

The president speaks.

President Obama unveils his revised strategy for the war in Afghanistan. And, he's doing it on a number of TV networks. On broadcast, his speech is being carried on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and PBS. On cable, the address from West Point will be on CNBC, CNN, C-SPAN, Fox Business Network, Fox News Channel and MSNBC.

Because of the speech, some networks are rearranging their programs.

After the speech, CBS is sticking with its "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show." The Black Eyed Peas are performing and Heidi Klum is the host.

The speech is bumping "The Biggest Loser" on NBC to a start time that's one hour later than usual. Since it's a two-hour edition, it's pushing "The Jay Leno Show" right off the schedule for tonight. As for "The Biggest Loser," the final four contestants have to run a marathon: all 26.2 miles of it.

ABC is staying with its decision to start the new season of "Scrubs" after the speech. But, the highly publicized new animated special, "Prep and Landing," is being pushed to next Tuesday.

"So You Think You Can Dance" is after the speech on Fox.

No speech on the CW. It's the regular schedule with new episodes of "90210" and "Melrose Place."

Season two of "Sons of Anarchy" ends tonight on FX.

Carrie Underwood performs in front of a small studio audience and she takes some questions. It's on a CMT special tonight called "Invitation Only."
