Website on solar power to be launched Wednesday

PHOENIX (AP) — Electric utility regulators in Arizona will launch a website Wednesday aimed at helping the owners of homes and businesses learn more about solar technology.

The project by the Arizona Corporation Commission and a dozen utilities that operate in Arizona will contain information about incentives and other efforts to encourage renewable power use in the state.

The website also will contain information about existing solar projects in Arizona.
