PHOENIX (AP) — A Mesa school custodian has been arrested by Chandler police on suspicion of sexual conduct with a minor.
Police said 57-year-old Timothy Harrell was charged with 10 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse and one charge of furnishing harmful items to a minor.
Harrell works as a janitor at Mesa's Wilson Elementary.
Chandler police spokesman Joe Favazzo said the victim is related to Harrell and is not connected to Mesa schools.
