Big changes on the way for Access Tucson.
The city council decided Tuesday to merge the cable access station with the city Channel 12. Channel 12 will move into the Access Tucson building and operate both at the same time. Council members believe its the best way to keep Access Tucson on the air, but its executive director believes they'll have to lay off workers.
