Arizona budget challenge; Bus company fined; Arrest in Murder of Tucson model

Arizona lawmakers will have to keep their hands off a special fund for injured workers.

A judge ruled the legislature's raid of nearly $4.7M was illegal, calling the money private, not public.

The industrial commission filed a lawsuit when lawmakers took the money out of the fund.

Federal fines and penalties for a California-based bus company involved in a crash that killed six people -- south of Phoenix. Back in March the bus hit a pickup truck on I-10 and rolled over.

Now "Tierra Santa Tours" must pay nearly 73,000. And its owner is charged with dozens of safety violations -- including operating without federal authority.

The twenty-two passengers on board the bus were traveling from Mexico to Los Angeles.

Police have arrested a woman in the killing of a Tucson model and aspiring actress in southern California. Kelly park faces a murder count for the 2008 death of Salpointe grad Juliana Redding. Detectives say their could be additional arrests.

Officers found the body of the 21-year-old Redding inside her Santa Monica apartment. She moved to California from Arizona to pursue the Hollywood dream.

There's no word on a motive for her killing.
