Progress being made on the new six story Martin Luther King apartment building at Depot Plaza.
Construction crews raised a steel frame Wednesday. They've been working on the project since July 2007. The $23M project will include retail stores and a public plaza on the ground floor when the complex is finished late next year.
Groundbreaking Wednesday on the Camino de Manana project in Marana. Construction actually already started on the road, which will give drivers a much quicker way to get to I-10.
Crews are also working on the Twin Peaks Interchange. The projects will both be done Spring 2011.
