The ex-wife accused of hiring someone to kill Tucson businessman Gary Triano was back in court.
A judge Wednesday granted a motion from the prosecution to provide more handwriting samples.
Phillips is accused of paying Ronald young to blow up Triano's car with him inside. Young was convicted this year.
Phillips trial is set for January 10.
