The race to replace outgoing Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard now has a candidate from Southern Arizona. Wednesday Vince Rabago formally announced his candidacy for the position.
Rabago is a career prosecutor who had worked as an assistant attorney general for Terry Goddard's office since 2002.
