Sierra Vista Police arrested a 43-year old man on Thursday, July 3, wanted for failing to appear for trial on drug charges. And when they executed a search warrant at the house where Roy Tomaszewski was hiding, police also arrested three other people for outstanding warrants.
Tomaszewski was tried in abstentia and found guilty of possession of dangerous drugs and transportation of dangerous drugs for sale. He was found hiding under a bed in the house located at 40 East Busby, and is being held in the county jail without bond.
Also arrested were 40-year old Jasper Ozuna, charged with domestic abuse; 40-year old Petra Goldsmith, wanted on various misdemeanor charges; and 26-year old Michael Adkins, charged with hindering prosecution, 2 counts of child abuse and 2 counts of child neglect. Police say the charges stem from Adkins shooting his 4-year old girl and 6-year old boy with a BB gun. The children have been placed into CPS custody.
