Suspect sought in robbery attempt

Tucson Police are looking for a suspect in an attempted bank robbery on Friday, October 10. Investigators say a man entered the Wells Fargo Bank in the 7100 block of East Golf Links Road shortly after 9:30 a.m. The suspect gave the teller a note demanding money, but when the teller moved behind the security barrier, the suspect left without obtaining any money.

He’s described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 35 years old, standing 6’0” tall and weighing 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. He was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
