A Scottsdale dentist is under investigation for alleged sexual assault charges.
Two of Dr. Michael Templeton's patients claim the dentist sexually assaulted them while they were sedated.
"The allegations were that he would use some sort of either nitrous oxide or gas and the victim was made so that she … was unaware or unconscious … and then … he would sexually assault her while she was in the chair there," said Mark Clark with the Scottsdale Police Department.
Police say they confiscated some of Templeton's equipment from his office.
However, he has not been formally charged.
