The Associated Press

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Tempe police are looking a missing teenager with autism and epilepsy.

Police say that 19-year-old Max Hollen was discovered missing from a group home in the area of Warner and Rural Roads in southern Tempe.

Police believe he left on foot.

Medical staff at the group home say Hollen has been off his meds since Friday.

Hollen has not been in touch with anyone from his group home or his family since leaving yesterday afternoon.

Hollen is described as 6 feet 4 inches tall, 275 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and a "flame" tattoo on his right forearm.

He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black dress pants.

Anyone with information on Max Hollen's whereabouts or observes someone matching his description is asked to contact Tempe Police.
