08:54 PM MST on Sunday, November 4, 2007

The Associated Press

PHOENIX (AP) -- Phoenix police are looking for a man wanted in 2 attempted sexual assault cases in east Phoenix.

In both cases, police say the suspect pretended to be a federal customs enforcement agent.

The victims are 19 and 27.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 6 feet to 6 feet 1 inches tall, 170-180 pounds, short light brown hair, clean shaven with blue eyes.

The suspect was seen driving a newer model black Ford Expedition.

The attempted sexual assaults occurred on 2 separate days in September around midmorning. The suspect would demand to see immigration papers from the victims.

Anyone with information in these cases is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
