By Alicia BarrĂ³n, Fox 11 News

A woman who was held against her will for almost a week has been released by her captors who now face criminal charges.

Tucson Police began investigating this incident on November 26 after another victim escaped the kidnappers and told detectives his girlfriend, 26-year-old Sarai Borquez, was still in their custody.

Borquez, who was not injured, was released by her kidnappers on December 2 in Mexico. A media release indicates her family brought her back into the United States.

Both kidnapping victims were leaving a residence in the 6800 block of S. Martin on November 26 when they were accosted by several suspects who also stole both their vehicles. Douglas Police officers later found one of the stole vehicles in a Wal-Mart parking in Douglas.
