Open houses scheduled regarding planned bus fare increase

The public is invited to six open houses regarding the proposed transit fare increase in the City of Tucson. Sponsored by the city Department of Transportation, the open houses will have representatives on hand from the city, Sun Tran and Van Tran to answer questions and concerns about the planned 25 cent price increase.
Here is the open house schedule:
Wednesday, April 2 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at El Rio Neighborhood Center, 1390 W. Speedway
Monday, April 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Randolph Clubhouse, 600 S. Alvernon
Monday, April 7 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Clements Center, 8155 E. Poinciana Drive
Wednesday, April 9 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the TPD westside substation, 1310 W. Miracle Mile
Thursday, April 10 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ward 2 office, 7575 E. Speedway
Saturday, April 12 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at El Pueblo Neighborhood Center, 101 W. Irvington
