Police seek suspects in shooting death

Tucson police are looking for those responsible for shooting and killing a 47-year old man in his home on Sunday, May 11. The victim was identified as Ricardo Campos.
Police say armed suspects forced their way into Campos’ house and shot him at around 1 a.m. The shooting took place in the 9900 block of East Placita De Las Palmeritas. The victim’s wife and three grandchildren were in the house at the time, but they were not hurt.
The suspects fled the scene in a light colored import SUV with a broken rear window that was covered with clear plastic. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
