Two mobile homes in Sahuarita were destroyed by a fire on Tuesday, May 13. The blaze broke out just after 12 noon on Dawson Street just east of the terminus of Alvernon.

Several other similar structures nearby suffered minor damage and the blaze also burned through a large area of brush and trees. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
