Road work will result in lane closures on I-19 near Nogales during the evening and overnight hours between Monday, July 7, and Saturday, July 12. The work will take place between Palo Parado Road and Ruby Road from the hours of 5:30 p.m. until 7 a.m. each day.

ADOT crews will be placing a final layer of asphalt on the road, with only one lane being closed at any time. There will also be intermittent ramp closures while the work is being done.

The work is part of a 9.3 million dollar project to replace pavement on the freeway, and  all on and off ramps in the construction zone. The project will wrap up in August with final road striping.
