Tucson man faces child porn charges

A 37-year old Tucson man has been indicted on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted sexual exploitation of a minor. The indictment of David Green was handed down by Attorney General Terry Goddard following an investigation by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
According to the indictment, investigators found 10 images and a movie with pornographic images of children on Green’s home computer. If convicted of all charges, Green faces up to 240 years in prison.
