Driver in deadly van crash arrested

The driver of a vehicle that crashed near Florence, killing 9 people has been arrested and charged with transporting illegal aliens. Police have identified 32-year old Ivan Guzman-Ochoa of Hermosillo, Mexico as the driver of the van that rolled over on Highway 79 on Thursday, August 7.
Ten people, including Guzman-Ochoa were injured in the wreck, and five remain hospitalized, two in critical condition.
If convicted, Guzman-Ochoa faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
