Shuttle bus service offered to Arizona football games
08:45 PM MST on Sunday, August 24, 2008
Sun Tran is again offering shuttle bus service to and from University of Arizona football games this season. The buses will begin departing from three locations two hours before game time, and will run continuously up until kickoff. The departure locations are Hi Corbett Field, Tucson Mall, and the El Pueblo Neighborhood Center.
Round-trip fare is $2, with seniors 65 years of age or older riding for $1, and kids five and under are free. The shuttle drops fans off in front of Arizona Stadium on 6th Street, which is where buses will be available after the game for the return trip. Buses will run for approximately one hour after the game ends.
Arizona’s first home game is Saturday, August 30 vs. Idaho at 7 p.m. More information on the shuttle service is available by clicking here.
