A Federal Grand Jury has indicted a 32-year old man for charges related to a rollover crash near Florence in early August of 2008 in which 9 people died. Brian Guzman-Ochoa, aka Martin Guzman-Ochoa of Hermosillo, Mexico was the driver of the vehicle according to the criminal complaint.

Guzman-Ochoa faces a 6-count indictment charging him with transportation of illegal aliens resulting in death, transportation of illegal aliens, bringing in illegal aliens, and re-entry after deportation.

The rollover crash on Thursday, August 7, took place on Highway 79 near Florence. A total of 19 people were in the vehicle, all alleged illegal aliens.
