Three Sierra Vista residents and a Chandler man face armed robbery, kidnapping and burglary charges after a dispute between roommates in Sierra Vista turned violent.
Police say the owner of the property, 19-year old Nicole Snyder, had given her 2 roommates until September 5th to pay their debts and move out of the house. Later, Snyder and three acquaintances went to the house armed with a knife, a set of brass knuckles and a baton. The victims were held against their will for over 5 hours and assaulted before one escaped and called police.
Facing 2 counts of armed robbery, 2 counts of kidnapping and 2 counts of burglary are Snyder, 20-year old William Bechtel of Sierra Vista, 19-year old Robert Canfield of Sierra Vista, and 21-year old Patrick Blair of Chandler. All are being held on $250,000 bond at the Cochise County Jail.
