Parents of infant who died face abuse charges

The parents of a 6-week-old girl who police say died as the result of neglect have been charged with child abuse. The child, Kimberly Sullivan was pronounced dead by Tucson Fire Department Paramedics on Saturday, August 30 at a home in the 1800 block of South Pantano Road. Detectives determined that the child was badly malnourished and emaciated.

26-year old Terri Sullivan and 27-year old Scott Sullivan were arrested and booked into the Pima County Jail, each facing one count of child abuse.
