The Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) will be offering all adoptable dogs and puppies for just $40 through the end of October in celebration of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month. Since the first of July, more than 2,000 animals have been adopted, rescued or returned to their owners by the shelter. Currently the center is on course to outpace the record setting year of 2007.
