A 21-year old man is dead after the car he lost control of the car he was driving, causing it to roll. Tucson Police have identified the victim as Nycholas Yslas.

Investigators say Yslas was driving a 1996 Honda coupe south on Stone Avenue near East Sahuaro Street at a high rate of speed when the crash took place, shortly after 12 midnight on Saturday, November 15.

Police say the victim was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car. A passenger in the car was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries and was listed in stable condition.
