Oregon - A 22-year-old woman was arrested in Lincoln County after police said they caught her having sex with a 14-year-old boy in a car.

The deputy was investigating why a car was parked on the side of Highway 101.

“Deputy Dorsey witnessed two subjects in the vehicle having sex. Further investigation revealed that the female was, Melissa Danielle Cullen, age 22 of Berkeley California, and the male subject was a 14 year old juvenile,” said Mark Meister with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said the boy had driven from Berkley, Calif. to Oregon with Cullen without his parents’ permission.

Cullen was taken into custody for Sex Abuse III, Rape III, Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor, and Custodial Interference I.

She was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $90,000.00.
