UPDATE: The following is a press release from the Colorado Springs Police Department:
COLORADO SPRINGS - The Colorado Springs Department has arrested a 33-year-old female on an arrest warrant charging her with false reporting to authorities, a misdemeanor charge. This arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred in Colorado Springs in February of this year. The woman is identified as Rozita Swinton and she was arrested at her home at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16. She was transported to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

The Texas Rangers were in Colorado Springs yesterday as part of their investigation involving the compound in Texas. They left and have not filed any charges on Rozita Swinton as of this time. The Colorado Springs Police Department cannot discuss any aspects of the Texas case and any inquiries are directed to the Texas Rangers. The affidavit for the Colorado Springs case has also been sealed so details of the case cannot be discussed.

SAN ANGELO, Texas (AP) -- A court hearing in Texsas has resumed as a judge considers custody of 416 children removed from a polygamist ranch.
The judge had called a recess only 40 minutes into the hearing. She wanted to allow the 350 or so lawyers spread out in two buildings to read the evidence and decide whether to object en
masse or make individual objections.
The hearing resumed about an hour later.
The lawyers represent 416 children and dozens of parents from the Yearning For Zion ranch.
The renegade Mormon sect based on the Arizona-Utah border has been accused of forcing underage girls into polygamous marriages.
The San Angelo courtroom and a satellite courtroom -- in the City Hall auditorium two blocks away -- are jmammed with dozens of mothers from the retreat.
A projector set up on the auditorium's stage offered a live feed of the court proceedings.
