TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Milwaukee-based Journal Communications Inc. has announced it will buy KWBA-TV in Sierra Vista, its second station in southern Arizona.

Terms of the purchase, from Tucson Communications LLC and Cascade Broadcasting Group LLC, were not released Tuesday.

Journal Communications already owns ABC affiliate KGUN-TV in Tucson.

It also owns four radio stations in the Tucson market - FM stations KMXZ, KGMG and KQTH, and AM station KFFN.

KWBA is an affiliate of the CW Network.

Journal Communications owns and operates the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and 49 community newspapers and shoppers, 11 TV stations, 35 radio stations, numerous Web sites, provides commercial printing services and offers direct marketing support services.
