PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — Authorities say at least 10 people are dead and about 55 wounded in a bombing outside the regional headquarters of Pakistan's spy agency. It's the very agency overseeing much of the country's anti-terror campaign.

The early morning suicide attack took place in the city of Peshawar. Officials say it destroyed much of the three-story building.

About an hour later, authorities say a second suicide car-bombing targeted a police station near the Afghan border. Six people were killed, including five policemen. Another 27 people are wounded.

Pakistan's government has vowed that the surging attacks won't dent the country's resolve to pursue its anti-militant operation near the Afghan border. The army says it's making progress.
