SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — Police say at least two Japanese tourists are among the 10 people killed in a fire at an indoor shooting range in South Korea.

The Yonhap new agency reports witnesses saw people running from the building on fire. One hospital that specializes in burn treatment says four people are being treated for burns over 50 to 90 percent of their bodies.

An official at the National Emergency Management Agency says authorities are struggling to identify the dead because of their burns.

Nine Japanese tourists and their South Korean guide were inside the facility when the fire broke out on the second floor. Yonhap reports the four indoor shooting ranges in Busan (boo-sahn) are popular with Japanese visitors to the city.

Police are working to figure out what sparked the flames.
