TOKYO (AP) — Japanese police have arrested four teens living on a U.S. military base for allegedly causing a road accident that injured a woman.

Officials and media say the teenagers are accused of putting a rope across a road. A woman on a motorbike later hit the rope and fell. Japanese media report that she fractured her skull.

The teens were allegedly seen on surveillance videotape. A spokeswoman at Yokota Air Base says they have been handed over to Tokyo police.

Military officials are not releasing further details because the suspects are minors and an investigation is under way.
