TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals have placed defensive tackle Keilen Dykes on the practice squad injured reserve list with a biceps injury. The club also signed defensive tackle Antoine Holmes to the practice squad. The 6-foor-2, 289-pound Holmes was released by Minnesota on Sept. 5.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — The Phoenix Coyotes recalled forward Mikkel Boedker from their AHL affiliate in San Antonio. The 19-year-old was sent to San Antonio on Oct. 14 after he went pointless in five games for the Coyotes. He had one goal and three assists in seven games for the Rampage.

PHOENIX (AP) — Final papers have been signed closing the sale of the bankrupt Phoenix Coyotes to the NHL. Over $13 million was transferred into an account that will hold the money until dispersal is determined. In all, the NHL paid about $140 million for the team. The $13 million is what is remaining, primarily for owner Jerry Moyes and ex-coach Wayne Gretzky.
