SCOTTSDALE -- Charles Barkley is going to jail.
Charles Barkley pleaded guilty on Monday to two counts of D.U.I. stemming from his New Year's Eve arrest in Scottsdale.
He also pleaded responsible to a third charge of running a red light.
Barkley was sentenced to five days in jail, more than $2,000 in fines and he must enter an alcohol program.
He starts serving his jail time March 21.
According to Scottsdale city courts he will serve his time in Buckeye
Barkley was suspended by Turner Network Telelvsion in January, but was reinstated by the network last week and apologized for his actions.

UNDATED (AP) -- Charles Barkley will return from his leave of absence and be back on the air Thursday night during TNT's NBA coverage.
Barkley was arrested Dec. 31 in Scottsdale, and his leave began Jan. 9. Police said the 45-year-old NBA Hall of Famer had a blood-alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit in Arizona.
