Practices underway for the Arizona ladies. Season number two is already here for head coach Niya Butts and as she continues to put her stamp and pedigree on the program it's only gonna get better. And part of the process is this; returning players understand what's gonna happen, no messing around, practice time is like game time-- serious business if the team wants to get better.
