Dry westerly flow aloft will prevail across Southeast Arizona into Thursday as a trough of low pressure remains over the Pacific northwest. Some afternoon breezes are expected mainly east of Tucson through midweek. High pressure aloft will build over the region this weekend for well above normal daytime temperatures.
