Zombie Walk, in conjunction with Thrill The World, will be hosting a charity event on October 24th supporting the Tucson Community Food Bank. The event will include a walk for charity by Zombie Walk, Thrill The World’s group performance of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” a costume contest with prizes donated by Bookmans, and various vendors from the Tucson community.

This event brings together individuals from all over Tucson in a common purpose of feeding families in need. This will be the 4th year that the Tucson Zombie Walk will be marching for charity in support of the city’s citizens. Expanding on Zombie Walk’s past success, Thrill The World will be joining them for the first time, performing Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” for the Tucson Community Food Bank and participating with other groups world wide to break the world record for the largest simultaneous “Thriller” dance. Last year’s attendance for Thrill The World was 4,179 dancers from 72 cities around the globe; this year already has over 300 events and is growing.

The Tucson event will be held at 50 W. Franklin St. with festivities starting at 3:30pm. Admission is free; we only ask that guests bring a canned or non-perishable food item for the Community Food Bank. For more information and registration go to tucsonzombies.com.
